Important Notes

For health and safety, viewing is not available for pets who passed from highly contagious illnesses.

We aim to return your pet's ashes within 2-3 days after cremation.

All pets receive individual cremation to ensure ashes are returned only to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cremation process typically takes 2-3 business days. We will contact you when your pet’s remains are ready for pickup or delivery.

Payment options include cash, digital wallets (GCash, GoTyme), and bank transfers (BDO, Security Bank, China Bank).

Yes, we offer compassionate transportation services. Within Metro Manila for an additional fee. Outside Metro Manila, please contact us for availability and rates.
